Pros:
1. Cheap rent
2. Doorman
3. Laundry in-unit
4. Walking distance to everything (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, gyms, restaurants)
5. Overall safe neighborhood
Cons:
The noise. It’s in front of Bellevue hospital so all you hear are sirens all day long
