too many pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
not much going for this place
Cons:
Huge pest issue and exterminators hired just come in and put a goop around the apartment (which is ineffective)
Advice to owner:
take care of the pest issue please

Phipps Plaza South
Former Tenant
Pros:
View of city skyline Renovated modern, air conditioned lobby 24 Hour console and manned security Diverse midtown neighborhood Federally funded low income housing
Cons:
Very, very low water pressure (hot water and higher floors) Laundromat washing machines constantly malfunctioning (tenants lose money) Elevators have poor ventilation Some maintenance and administrative staff are boldly rude, dishonest and condescending Maintenance requests are sometimes ignored for petty, personal reasons Upgrades to apartments are given based on favoritism A former property manager attempted to evict a family based on falsified information (this person is still employed by Phipps Plaza South)
Advice to owner:
The portion of your staff that deals directly with tenants should be professional and courteous at all times. Your staff is blatantly disrespectful and lacking integrity.
