Terrible rental experience

Pros:
Building has great views and a prime location
Cons:
Interiors poorly constructed and maintained. The unit next to mine flooded, warping the floor and resulting in a pest infestation. Owners did not have funds for repairs, and never replaced hallway carpeting that was soaked in flood water.

Quiet, decent building

Pros:
Very nice bathrooms. Great closet space. Nice finishes. Quiet and nice all around.
Cons:
Amenity spaces have been closed for the entire year with no signs of reopening. Apartment can sometimes experience some noise from Wall Street. Light is just okay given the closeness of other buildings.
Advice to owner:
Great job, no real complaints.
