A lot of tenets have been living in this apartment for years so there is a boisterous and caring community of tenets that make you feel apart of something bigger.

This place is well-maintained and everyone here actually cares about the building including management.

Cons

The super is the grumpiest and one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. Upon more than one occasion I’ve seen him literally hollering at another tenant and cursing them out. He plays favorites and charges some for certain repair costs, but not others. Also, only one washing machine in the laundry room is hooked up to hot water.
