great living experience

Pros

management is super responsive and maintenance is easy to get scheduled on your phone. apartments are spacious and well maintained. the grounds around the apartments are well cared for by gardeners and staff. really great spot to live.

Cons

the laundry machines sometimes had issues but maintenance would replace them if you complained about them.

Advice to the owners

if the rent was lower I’d love to stay! it’s a wonderful apartment.

Would Stay Here Forever

Pros

-Elevator Building -Easy to Use Portal for Maintenance and Rent -Great Surrounding Community (Stuytown basically has its own park) -No roaches, only seen a couple small bugs and have lived here for 4 years -Spacious rooms -Dishwasher -Laundry in Building -Can easily call to follow-up on maintenance requests -Rent Stabilized -Large closets

Cons

-Sometimes you have to follow-up on maintenance requests a few times (esp if submitted on the portal) -no closets in the two smaller bedrooms (definitely none in flex bedrooms)

Very quiet, considering the neighborhood! 651 e 14th is set back from the road, with buildings buffering any loud traffic noise. I loved living there for this reason

You won't hear street noise, but you may or may not hear noise from your neighbors, particularly the apartment above you and the apartments next to you. The walls and ceiling are thin, so if you have loud neighbors, you will likely hear them. It's luck of the draw.
