Lovely and convenient
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location (target Trader Joe’s and good food places across the street) Quiet Lovely neighbors Well planned floor plan (kitchen is small but great counter and storage space)
Cons:
Heating could be inconsistent Maintenance would be quick about certain repairs but slow on others

perfect apartment for a while!
Former Tenant
Pros:
clean, building was responsive to requests
Cons:
the walls are thin and it can be really noisy - my upstairs neighbor would pound on the floor when i was making a regular amount of noise.
Advice to owner:
maybe enforce carpets?

Great experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lived in a 2 bedroom flexed into 3 and you couldn't even tell there was a fake wall. The lobby was nothing special but everything was clean and updated. A wonderful neighborhood to live in!
Cons:
Maintenance slow to respond. If you get locked out there is a $50 fee. Depending on where you live, long walk to the L train. Expensive unless doing the flec option
Advice to owner:
None
