    - Cheaper side and expansive
    - Nicely maintained
    - Large closets
    Cons:
    - Loud at times
    - Maintenance has started to take a long time to respond

    Get maintenance back on timing

    Cons:
    Many neighbors have lived there for 20 years and feel like they can control what you do in your own apartment and the surrounding areas. No boundaries.
