    Good apartment in great location

    Pros:
    Elevator and laundry in building, across the street from target and trader joes
    Cons:
    Street noise can get a bit loud if your apartment faces 14th
    Advice to owner:
    Add a virtual doorman system like butterflymx

    Maintenance is fast, units are nice and spacious, community feeling
    Cons:
    Black floors look dirty very quickly. Laundry in building is expensive and dryers don’t work very well ;( I complained about this though and they did full dryer repairs in my building that did help). Not a ton of significant cons; I’m just ready to move into a nicer space in a different area.

    - large management - trader joes and target just across the st - laundry in building - elevator
    Cons:
    - Cookie cutter apts (its stuytown) - 14th st is loud (many ambulances)
