Well maintained but poorly managed

Pros:
The building was well maintained and I didn’t have any issues with pests. Lots of natural light in my apt and super convenient location
Cons:
- management and the super were hard to reach and unresponsive
- a few of my packages were stolen
- electric heating so utilities were insanely expensive
-loud at night
Advice to owner:
Install a camera in the entryway, better communication with tenants
