Just okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, the lobby is nice for the price that I paid. The ceilings are high, good closet space, the larger of the two rooms was nice.
Cons:
The heat was worked very poorly. Hot water didn't work one or two days out of the year I was there. Lots of mice. Some roaches. The apartment was small and all but one room didn't get any sunlight. Appliances broke more than once during my year there. Super is just alright at responding.

Would never rent from this property manager again
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, that’s it
Cons:
No heat throughout all winter. Impossible to contact and coordinate with super or property manager to fix it. Paid rent like an idiot and they still took the security deposit. Super is so unprofessional at one point sent his wife over to scold me for not being available for her husband to fix the heat, when he said he would be at the apartment at 11am and it was legit 6pm at night and he still hadn’t shown up. This happened multiple times. I hate this building, it sucks and I’m so happy to have moved out
Advice to owner:
Fix everything. Hire professionals. Respect your renters

Good old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice super, old moldings and shelves in apartment, elevator
Cons:
Nothing really. It’s a 100+ year old building, so things occasionally break

Wouldn't Recommend It
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good for those that want easy access to restaurants and bars in East village without all the noise.
Cons:
Super never around, cockroaches in apartments and in the hallways. It's just dirty, there's been trash and dog piss in the lobby. Not worth the price.
