Pros

Everyone who works here was so nice and helpful. They would bring my packages up to the room and there was always someone at the front desk. It was very clean and I never saw any pests or rodents.

Cons

My one complaint is that sometimes one of the elevators would be out of order and it would take a while to get the other one.
