Overall good building

Pros:
Doormans are very helful and its fast to claim your packages. Maintenance requests are solved fast.
Cons:
Not very clean, people leave packages by elevator.

Pros:
Lobby/doorman assistance, evening time and overnight security, laundry facilities, on-site parking garage (for a fee).
Cons:
After Covid-19, surrounding area shows signs of homeless/mental illness and street sanitation is sometimes lacking.
Advice to owner:
For the pricing of the units, the building management should work with the city to help increase the safety of the surrounding area.
