Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenants of 150 Nassau Street praise the building’s excellent cleanliness, well-managed garbage disposal, and attentive, friendly staff including doormen and porters. The convenient downtown location near subways and full amenities like a gym, rooftop, and laundry on every floor are valued. Residents appreciate the stable community with many long-term owners, contributing to a homely atmosphere. Some drawbacks include occasional strong cooking odors, noise from neighbors and barking dogs, limited sunlight in lower-floor units, and heightened fees. Despite minor noise and light concerns, the general sentiment is positive with responsive management and well-maintained facilities, making it a desirable choice in Manhattan.

Beautiful Building Downtown
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful building and entrance, very conveniently located near subways. The lobby is nice, the staff is attentive, the apartment gym gets the job done.
Cons:
Neighbors often cooked food that smelled terrible and drifted into the hallways, not taking laundry out when finished, loud barking dogs, could hear some families fighting.

As Home-y as it gets in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
Attentive staff; Condo building so many units have had same owners living there for many years attentive staff; Tenants hop around from unit to unit because they don't want to leave
Cons:
Staff knows you better you know yourself - Similar to the Modern Love episode: When the Door Man is your Main Man; A lot of fees involved but you get what you pay for...
