Great first place to live

Pros:
I shared a space with many girls, but the location was super convenience and pretty nice for what we paid. I lived there my first year at FIT so it was just perfect. Pretty nice!

In midtown Manhattan
Cons:
Chelsea tends to have a lot more homeless so the streets smell
Advice to owner:
Stop paint over the mold and sterilize it
