    Great building (though pricey)
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very nice units, friendly doormen, clean. Nice finishes.
    Cons:
    Occasional noisy neighbors. Price is high for the square footage.
    Advice to owner:
    Be willing to negotiate rent increases with long standing tenants
