Horrible and a joke in my eyes. No consideration
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros that’s how bad it is.
Cons:
Super doesn’t know what he is talking about
The landlord doesn’t care.
The company Chestnut holdings is a joke.
You call the Company/Landlord, nobody answers the phone.
Advice to owner:
Learn to communicate and fix the problems when your tenant reports things. Don’t wait two years to try and fix crucial problems. I would give you guys half a Star for rating overall.
