Poorly run building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Inside the building is quiet, there is no people inside the building smoking or hanging around, this is good.
Cons:
Building is not clean, the mail box broken is open in the top, no camaras inside the property. I lived here for 7 years and i have seen 3 apartments being robbed completely empty up thru the fire scape this is the most concerning. Summer time is the worst people outside the building with very loud music and drinking, until late nights, complaint to the super and he does nothing, people are outside the building stairs. No one can sleep in summer times.
Advice to owner:
Management and Owner NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO ANY COMPLAINTS, everything is thru the SUPER. You need to have an open line for tenants complaint and basic communication.
