Has real potential
Oh lord, where do I begin. Serious pest issues, all the bugs under the sun, cockroaches, fleas, centipedes, mosquitos, unknown insects, ants. Crevices on the floors and walls, a burnt out building behind the property, electric sockets not working, hot water takes 10 minutes to kick on. Garbage mismanagement and stench in the hallways.
