You can do better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hospital, train close by. Neighbors in the building are great. Super was the best one I have ever dealt with. Some apartments are newly renovated.
Cons:
Neighbors in the neighborhood are disgusting. They have no respect in the summer and will blast music outside of your window at crazy times. First apartment that I had a roach problem. Occasional leak from light fixture. Light walls can hear neighbors sneezing even.
Advice to owner:
Put cameras outside
