Worst building to reside in
Former Tenant
Pros:
There are workers that maintain the building and garbage.
Parking lot- monthly fee.
Laundry in building but is usually too many people.
Access to get yard.
Rent space for parties for a fee.
Cons:
There are security guards that are never in the booth and have not acquired their security guard certification. They tend to visit tenants home verses working.
Rent late fee of 25 dollars if late.
If you are on public assistance, they will charge 25.00 late fee and they will not minus the public assistance payments and take you to court for payments already made. Many neighbors complaint about this issue. Specially those paying out of pocket.
Owner is never available and cannot be reached.
Section 8 tenant have been asked illegally to pay more.
Advice to owner:
Stop initiating court proceedings for money we don't owe and never showing up to court hearings.
