Pros:
There is nothing to like about this building.
Cons:
There is everything wrong with this building. - it’s always dirty, there’s trash on the floor - the floor is always sticky and since the building isn’t cleaned daily it’s infested with rats and roaches. - it often leaks which causes mold and fungus to grow

Don't walk run from this building.

Pros:
It's a place to lay your head.
Cons:
It's a old building. It's roach rat/mice infested. Mold is also a issue. A lot of the tenants also have cracks in there walls. The stairs are in a horrible condition. They are lose and cracked. Repairs seem to be the last thing on their minds. They do little patch work and the issue come right back.
Advice to owner:
Put better effort in the repairs. Get pest control.
