Terrible living conditions.plenty roaches, mice, and spiders and flies.

Nothing at all.😡
Cons:
Slumlord mentality that affects the whole entire building.
Advice to owner:
Fix up your buildings. Have compassion for the many families with children that resides in his buildings.😡😡😡☺️
