Super is great !
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super picks up all your calls as long as it’s before 4pm, but sometimes when it’s after 4pm he still helps with any issues in the apartment.
Garbage is clean the majority of the time and there are no rats in the garbage area.
Building is always clean
Super builds good friendship with tenants
Cons:
Some tenants love making noises in the middle of the night while smoking.
Advice to owner:
The super is great
