    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Quiet , clean and neighbours keep to them selves. Repairs are handled in a timely fashion.
    Cons:
    management can be rude and does not like working with clients
    Advice to owner:
    Great building and upkeep but watch the attitudes of your workers,
