    Nothing good about this building. DONT MOVE HERE THE SUPER IS HORRIBLE LAZY AND BUILDING IS DIRTY, NO HEAT AND LOTS OF PEST
    Cons:
    Never any heat
    Pest control is horrible
    Hallways are filthy
    Intercom never works
    Outside perimeter is dirty
    The super is lazy and never seen
    Advice to owner:
    Hire new super
    Stop using cheap products when fixing apartments
    Do pop up visit so you can see that the super doesn’t work
    This building is filthy and run down. I would never recommend anyone to live here

    Poor Maintenance management is terrible my ceiling fell and management left me for two days with out attempting to cover it up which then caused a rodent infection
    Advice to owner:
    Get new management
