You have project heat all winter round You’ll be warm
Cons:
Rodents Infestation of roaches Super DOES NOT LIVE IN BUILDING Building is dirty Old apartments that the super hates to fix And when she hires someone, she hires someone that’ll do the job half ass And there off on their merry little way Front door of building is ALWAYS broken, super unsafe!
Advice to owner:
DO BETTER NOBODY WANTS TO PAY FOR AN APARTMENT WITH A POORLY TAKEN CARE OF BUILDING
