It’s alright given the area.
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a clean building and the nicest on the entire block. The neighbors are nice.
Cons:
Was told it was all freshly renovated but the floorboards are lifting off the floor/not done right. The laundry room is always messed up. Price a little high considering the apartments need work.
Advice to owner:
Fix the apartments and install good/newer appliances. The rent is too high for what we are getting in return. Also please be more responsive in terms of fixes, etc.

Worst Experience of my Life
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great local wildlife. (Neighborhood is littered with friendly rats and raccoon)
Cons:
Smokers heaven if you like to breath fresh air DONT live here. Roaches crawling everywhere (lobby, inside apartment, stairs). Loud music and fireworks happening all night. Cats roam the building freely and owners do nothing about this so god for bid you have allergies.
Advice to owner:
Live up to the level of "high class" you pretend the property is. They try to portray the place as such a clean quiet place but in reality they have a bunch of ghetto people living in there who fight constantly. Also dont claim to be a non smokers building when half your tenants are chain smokers.
