Former Tenant
Pros:
The only thing likable about this building is that it’s fairly new.
Cons:
This building has a lot of cons. None of the amenities such as rooftop, bike storage, & entertainment room exist for tenants. The laundry room only has 2 washers and dryers and is always occupied. Also to wash and dry is $2.50 per load which is pretty high. Children run up and down the hallway making a lot of noise daily. The staircase is very dirty.
Advice to owner:
Install more washers and drying. Why is the bicycle storage room used as the superintendents personal hangout spot. Why isn’t the empty entertainment room available for use to tenants.
