Shady and Crooked Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location of place. Decent size.
Cons:
Crooked landlord. Will steal your security deposit. Extremely long to do repairs…if they do. Rat infestation by trash and door entering basement. Rats would scurry every where just opening the door. Weeks before they even put traps.
Advice to owner:
Find another job.

lots of things to fix
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent is fair and the view from my apartment is nice
Cons:
Constant pest problems, water pressure goes out several times a month, radiator poles have no sealant, ceiling dirt leaks into bathroom, constantly flickering electricity, floorboards snap and seem broken. floorboards aren’t flush with walls/no baseboards so insects creep into room from walls. several dead/alive rodents have been found around stairs and in basement by laundry.
