Loud Inconsiderate Neighbors & No Transportation

Pros:
It's a coop thus you own part of the corporation. The board has done well to increase the equity of the apartments
Cons:
Neighbors are inconsiderate. Loud music playing from the park.
Advice to owner:
The co-op board is doing an amazing job. Much needed apartment renovations. Electrical work is needed.
