    Pros:
    Clean; Friendly; close to everything
    Cons:
    Management does not respond promptly to apartment issues & argues with older persons; security is sometimes lazy; all elevators have not worked in forever; waterbugs always in the hallway
    Advice to owner:
    BE NICE TO YOUR TENANTS, STOP CHANGING SECURITY COMPANIES EVERY TIME I COME HOME FROM WORK, AND TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY INSTEAD OF FRIVOLOUSLY SPENDING SHAREHOLDER MONEY

    Pros:
    Laundry in building. No rowdy/ loud neighbors. Majority of tenants are pretty nice. It’s an older crowd.
    Cons:
    Loud neighborhood. The management office receptionist is the worst. Very rude.
