Parkchester Don’t move here

Pros:
Very Nice neighborhood,
Cons:
Don’t rent from private landlords or you will get ruined cabinets and flooring.
Advice to owner:
Kitchen cabinets very old, wood flooring needs to be replaced lots of insects spiders and bed bugs
