There are roaches here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location for commuting up north. Walking distance to town and nice neighborhood.
Cons:
There are so many roaches in this building. You can hear them in the walls. Mold grew quickly here and worsened my asthma. The bathroom ceiling collapsed (maybe from condensation?) and was never fixed.
Advice to owner:
This building needs to be completely cleared of pests if it hasn’t been already.
