    It's a great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The welcoming neighbors, The super is always nice and ready to help. Drops everything to help you with any problem.
    Cons:
    Sometimes one of the elevators is out of service.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the elevators
