This building needs real help
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all, good looking building from the outside but not on the inside
Cons:
Elevator always broken, entrance door stays lock while everyone in the building does not have the key to enter, stairway always dirty, intruders are always in the building, bad conditions with heater and hot water in the shower when winter arrives, also there’s subway rats in the building as soon as you walk in the lobby, you here them running around on top of the ceiling
Advice to owner:
New workers, showers need to have hot water, heater needs better work during winter
