Great Place to Live

Pros:
Apartments are great. Big kitchen. Newer appliances. Great doormen. Awesome community. Lobby is beautiful. Super is great.
Cons:
Management is just ok. Some neighbors are rude (but that's everywhere I guess).

Paper thin walls

Pros:
Very high ceilings and a pretty lobby
Cons:
Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors at all times doing all (yes all) activities.
Very expensive to have crying babies and baby makers audible at all hours of the day
Advice to owner:
Sound proof!

Solid building but gone down hill in recent years

Responsiveness and cleanliness; doormen are amazing
Cons:
Roof deck isn’t maintained
Gym is small and substandard

Clean, beautifully furnishings, responsive super.
Cons:
Small gym, sometimes management is not responsive.
Advice to owner:
Less turnover in management.
