    Pros:
    close to a lot of restaurants and subways
    Cons:
    noisy outside, trouble getting heating, can't plug in multiple things at once without shorting the circuit

    No AC at all

    Maintenance response time was quick
    Cons:
    Left a whole floor of people with the AC in 90 degree weather
