Decent but a bit rough around the edges

Pros:
It’s an old, fairly well-maintained building on a nice street
Cons:
There is supposed to be an exterminator service that comes by once (or twice?) a month to spray, but we haven’t seen them in a long time. And as a result we’ve been seeing water bugs in the bathroom.

You get what you pay for...
Former Tenant
Pros:
-great neighborhood on a tree-lined street
-close to all train lines
-Trader Joe’s down the street
-each apartment gets additional storage
-laundry in the basement
-never raised our rent
Cons:
-terrible heating
-management company is unresponsive
-pest control? What pest control?
-loud neighbors (lots of fighting)
-stolen packages
Advice to owner:
If the management company was more responsive and responsible, my time there would have been so much better. It felt impossible to get in touch with them, and when I did it felt like they did not care. Care about your tenants, please.
