Just fine and very overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great. View from rooftop is very nice.
Cons:
Since the Popeyes next door reopened there has been a frequent (at least once a day) intense garbage smell that lingers for hours at a time. The knobs on the gas stove are very loose and it’s alarmingly easy to accidentally turn on without noticing. Dishwasher and washer/dryer only work about 50 % of the time- we’ve had people come to fix multiple times and they work for a few weeks and break again. High utility bills. Landlord raised the rent by $1000 after 1.5 yr lease ended so beware.

clean and modern building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer/dryer in every unit. Updated finishes. Good lighting on corner units. Close to many subway lines. Storage units in basement.
Cons:
Major rent increase post Covid. Took away no fee perk.
Advice to owner:
Keep this building affordable for respectful and nice tenants.

Terrible landlord, great location.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is in a great location.
Cons:
Property Manager is incompetent except when it comes to collecting rent.
Property management company is Prospect Management. They are terrible. They cannot even use email properly.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new property management company.
