    No complaints, good apartment

    Pros:
    Pretty clean, everyone is friendly in the apartment. Parking bike area downstairs. 5th Ave feels a lot more safer than 4th Ave.
    Cons:
    Near a busy road so it tends to get noisy with cars driving by.
