    Ok rental for short term

    Pros:
    Simple rental, very few issues, convenient short term
    Cons:
    Too many people stuffed in one place, probably illegal subdivision of the apartments which are rented out individually, Management is slow to return security deposit

    Affordable rent Rooftop Cleaning services
    Cons:
    Management enters without adequate notice and goes in your room when you’re not home.
    Advice to owner:
    Management needs to provide adequate notice about entering apartment

    No issues no complaints... so far

    Clean for the most part Aside from the bar downstairs, noise isn’t an issue Heat and hot water are always good and if they have to be turned off they issue notice ahead of time Roof access No packages have been taken ( at-least from me) Working intercoms
    Cons:
    Two bikes clutter the lobby Other than that no issues or complains
    Advice to owner:
    Better than majority landlords in this city Keep it up! :)
