The worst landlord I've ever had

Pros:
Nothing. Sometimes he'll answer an e-mail
Cons:
He does the absolute minimum the keep tenants content.
He does not pay for heat and hot water, in a boiler base that cannot be controlled
He does not fix outdated washer/dryers that never work. nor does he say they are broken it still takes money.
Allows essentials like AC, Heat, electricity to go unattended for long periods of time and provides no concessions tenant
Advice to owner:
Pick a new profession
