    classic park slope prewar co-op
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    live-in super is responsive and friendly. garbage and recycling pickup on your floor six days a week. laundry in basement.
    Cons:
    there’s a crazy lady who lives on the first floor and bothers everybody
