Not a bad first apt experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units had good floor plan and lived in 4bd 2ba, which made all the different. Skylight on top floor brought in a lot of natural light
Cons:
Poor insulations. Drafty window. Front door always gets prompted open by other tenants.
Advice to owner:
Have a higher standard of care for your residents.
