    790 Classon is a great Brooklyn starter apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Good location near the 2/3 train, Brooklyn museum, botanical gardens
    - Rooftop access
    - The apartment layouts are rather unique
    - Laundry in building
    Cons:
    - The appliances are older and broke often
    - Fire station around the corner so loud
    - Building with younger people so not the quietest
