    great location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    great doormen, beautiful entryway, large apartments, clean laundry room
    Cons:
    landlord owned apartment, she was unresponsive, roach problem behind the dishwasher, broken elevator when moving
    Advice to owner:
    ensure all apartments are exterminated!
