Things I've learned
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love the esthetics of a Pre War building and history.
Cons:
Certain things that are stated in the house rules/regulatory agreement are not fully implemented by everyone.
Advice to owner:
A lot has to be upgraded exteriorally and interiorally. Proper amenities are needed, more of a community and less entitlement.
