    Decent Building for the price but needs work

    Pros:
    Spacious rent-stabilized units
    Convenient to the train and fast 4 train into Manhattan
    Lincoln Terrace Park across the street.
    Cons:
    Not consistent cleaning of the common areas. Maintenance is not consistent.
    Packages are stolen by some bad actors in the building
    Pests still in the building but better than before

    Dark and dingy. Waterbugs, mice and roaches.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire an exterminator. Address the actual issues.
