Beware of Maintenance
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like that this building is very close to public transportation and my apartment is spacious.
Cons:
However, I’ve been noticing the lack of heat. The lack of responsiveness. My door bell service does not work, so every time I have a visitor I have to go downstairs to get them from the door. I currently have several leaks in my bathroom for months. No light in my bathroom for months due to the leakage. I’ve been complaining since November, it is now January and I’m a tenant that is never short or late with my rent EVER. The treatment from the maintenance office is disgusting they truly do not care about their tenants only the check they receive each month. I’m so disgusted by them. Now 311 is involved in the case because they are not compliant.
Advice to owner:
You need to invest in your tenants because it is unfair to live in unjust situations like this.
