Watch out for overcharges

Pros:
Layout, size, light, Neighbors.
Cons:
Get your rent history from DHCR after you move in. Call 311 about pests and heat. The super harasses tenants in the most heinous ways.
Advice to owner:
Don’t overcharge. Clean. Replace the super.
